This policy explains how Nexlume VPN handles information when you use its Android VPN features or contact support.
Using the VPN
Nexlume VPN uses Android VpnService to provide a VPN connection. Android asks for your authorization before enabling this connection. Network traffic, IP addresses and connection state are processed as needed to establish and maintain the VPN connection and route traffic through it.
Support and access to information
If you contact support, information you voluntarily provide is used to understand and respond to your request. Infrastructure and support providers may handle relevant information to help deliver these services. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law.
Retention and safeguards
Information is retained for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including providing the service, handling support requests and meeting applicable legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information, but no transmission or storage method can guarantee complete security.
Your controls and privacy requests
You can disconnect the VPN or revoke its authorization through Android settings. For privacy questions or requests concerning your information, including deletion, use the developer contact details in the app store listing. Requests are handled subject to applicable requirements and legal obligations.
